MP Sport Crossfit Jump Rope
The rope combines stainless steel and bearings in the handles, which provide a higher intensity of exercise.
Rope jumping is used for CrossFit training, martial arts or just aerobic exercise. In addition, its practice improves the condition of the body and strengthens the circulatory system. Rope jumping and cardio training are an essential element during the fat reduction cycle.
Rope jumping technique
Step on the rope in the middle, when you raise your arms up, the handles should be to the middle of the sternum. When jumping, the elbows should be close to the body, the shoulders should be kept slightly open, the rope should be rotated only through the wrists. The head and back are straight, facing forward. The landing should be on toes, the floor should not touch the heel.
During the jumps themselves, the legs are half bent at the knees and should be relaxed. This will avoid shocks to the spine and knee joints during landings. It is not necessary to aim a great height - three centimeters from the ground is enough. Proper jumps are light and soft, they do not cause unnecessary noise.
