Directions:
For adults, take one (1) tablet at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness.

Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose. Contains <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
