Now Foods PABA (Paraaminobenzoic Acid / Vitamin B10) is a member of the vitamin B group. It is a water-soluble vitamin that helps in the formation of folic acid. It plays an important role in the use of protein and promotes the absorption of pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5).
Foods rich in PABA are: brewer's yeast, liver, eggs, fish and peanuts.
When there is a shortage of pub in the body, eczema most often occurs.
Symptoms of deficiency of this vitamin are fatigue, depression, some digestive disorders, but such indications may be symptoms of lack of other B-complex vitamins, especially folic acid.
