Now Foods Vitamin B-12 Liposomal Spray is a dietary supplement containing 1 mg of vitamin B12 per portion, complemented with vitamin B6, folic acid and TMG.
Vitamin B12 – a water-soluble vitamin of the B complex, containing a cobalt molecule in its structure. It plays a crucial role in the health of the nervous system and maintaining normal psychological functions. It plays an important role in energy metabolism, supporting carbohydrate, protein and fat breakdown. It is one of the factors necessary for red blood cell production, it prevents anaemia.
