Hello friends.
This workout is for the upper body and can be performed at home.
It is suitable for both men and women.
Duration: 50-60 minutes
All you need is a dumbbell (or other weight) and a good mood!
Each exercise is performed in 3 series, 12-15 repetitions. Break between the series for 30-45 seconds. It is then followed by the next exercise.
If you wish you can also do the exercises in the form of a circular workout - one after the other, after which the whole circle is repeated. (3 rounds in total).
